Slingshot Labs funded by News Corporation, an incubator dedicated to building and developing new Web ventures.

Tomas built a team of 20 engineers that worked across 4-5 different ventures. Implemented an agile process that enabled them to quickly iterate and respond to changed requirements. Built a common service architecture that was utilized by all ventures.

Tomas worked hands on with a very small team and launched a community focused on unsigned artists. Providing them with tools to communicate, promote and sell music to their fans.

At Userplane Tomas was building next generation interactive media applications using such technologies as Flex 2, ActionScript 3, Apollo, and Ajax.

At MySpace.com Tomas successfully built and then managed a team interactive media developers. His team developed features at MySpace with a focus on rich internet applications. The environment at MySpace required scalable and efficient applications that can handle over 5 billion page views and more than 100 million streams per day.

Tomas managed and developed Diamond's internet and intranet websites. He also built several integrated business applications using technologies such as Flash, ColdFusion, and SQL Server.

Developed and maintained MAMM (Multi-Media Asset Management) system for internal digital asset tracking used by several of Disney's companies, such as Buena Vista Pictures Miramax Films, etc.

At Gateway Arts Tomas lead the development on web applications for clients like Amgen, WellPoint/BlueCross, ESP Guitars, and Variflex.
